Knee Pain

Knee pain is a very common type of pain that can affect practically any age level. This pain can be located either on or behind the knee, and typically occurs during any type of physical activity — although it can persist even when resting or sitting. Injuries and certain physical activities over a long amount of time are a common cause of knee pain, but it can also be triggered by conditions such as osteoarthritis, gout, and infections.

The presence of knee pain can certainly have an overarching effect on your mobility and comfort, as this pain usually increases in severity any time you need to walk or stand. Because of this, it is extremely important to not ignore knee pain or allow it to worsen.
